Shipping & Returns
I haven't received order or shipping confirmation yet?
Check your junk or spam folders as often our emails can end up there. If you don't receive confirmation within a few hours of purchase send us an email and we can provide those details for you. If your payment has been deducted from your account that is a good sign that your order has gone through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship everyday. If we have your item in stock, we will send to you immediately. Courier is overnight, so expect your package to be with you within two to three working days depending on time of purchase. If you have placed a pre-order, the wait time will be listed on the product page.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Do be mindful of occasional shipping delays that can occur. You can see these on the NZ post website. If you have not received your order within the given timeframe, you can flick us an email so we can start an investigation with the postal company to track your order.
The order I received is wrong. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect order please email us or fill in our online contact form and we will do everything we can to resolve this.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Yes you can - we can't ensure this but we will try our best to do so. Email us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
How do I return my order?

Can I get a refund if my product doesn’t fit?
Yes absolutely - you are able to exchange for another size if we have it in stock, and you are also able to get a full refund if you would like to return. Keep in mind we will retain an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for orders due to the use of delivery costs. We will only refund the shipping cost if your items are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Can I get a refund based on change of mind?
Yes of course! However should you choose to return your order for a refund based on change of mind, we will retain an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for orders due to the use of delivery costs. We will only refund the shipping cost if your items are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
When will my return refund be processed?
We process your refund as soon as we receive your return. If we have not processed your refund within 24 hours of it arriving with us, please flick us an email.
Sizing & Product
What size am I?
Size equivalents are as follows:
- Small: 6-8
- Medium: 8-10
- Large: 10-12
- Extra Large: 12-14.
We recommend that you buy our products based on your normal sizing unless we have a specified otherwise in the description. Have a look at our size chart in each product for more information on sizing.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
Often our drops can sell out quickly so we advise you keep up to date with our email marketing to ensure you don't miss the news and timeframes for drops and restocks. If the item you want is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification on the product listing - this way you will hear from us as soon as we restock.
Are any of your products see through?
None of our products are see through. The white linen products are sheer but absolutely wearable. We would recommended nude underwear for these products.
Do you offer pick-up?
Yes we do! You can select this option at checkout and the information is provided in your order confirmation. Please note we will only hold your order for collection for 7 days before we process you a refund and put your product back online. If you need more time than this, feel free to contact us.

Due to demand I have increased my manufacturing capacity. I take a great deal of pride in being able to support local industry through contracting out some of the load. All clothes are handmade locally and ethically in Auckland, New Zealand. This is very important to me!
Sustainably produced
We use sea freight which offers several environmental benefits in comparison to air freight such as lower carbon emissions and greater fuel efficiency. It’s wonderful working alongside local production teams as they share my vision and ensure great quality manufacture to create an enduring product. Utilising sustainable packaging also reduces environmental impact, so we would say our production process is pretty conscious from start to finish!
