Frequently Asked Questions (v1 old)
What is the fabric used for the pants?
The fabric used is a linen cotton blend. Such a beautiful summery material that softens with wear.
What is the best way to wash these pants?
Normal machine wash is fine. Avoid tumble drying your linen as it can shrink. If your item(s) do shrink, they should loosen up with wear.
Are any of your products see through?
None of our products are see through. The white linen pants and skirts are sheer but absolutely wearable. We would recommended nude underwear for these products.
I am a size 8 in pants normally. What would you suggest to buy in your pants?
Size equivalents are as follows: Small - 6-8, Medium - 8-10, Large - 10-12, Extra Large - 12-14. We recommend that you buy the pants based on your normal sizing. If you are an 8, buy a small and they should still be a lovely oversized fit! Have a look at our size guide for more information on sizing.
Do the skirts sizes match the pants?
Yes - if you are a medium in the pants we would recommended a medium in the skirts. However due to the skirts having more material, they fit a broader range of sizes. For example you can purchase a medium skirt but could also fit a small depending on how you would like it to look. The top tier of the skirts are bias cut which means there is no extra bulk and follows the shape of your body for the perfect fit. For the skirts sizes, head over to our size guide
How long does it take for the clothing to come?
We ship everyday. If we have your item in stock, we will send to you immediately. Courier is overnight, so expect your package to be with you within two to three working days depending on time of purchase. If you have placed a pre-order, the wait time will be listed on the product page.
Does one size actually fit all with the crewnecks?
The crewnecks are quite oversized. It really just depends how you would like to wear it. The beautiful models in my shoot range from size 6-12, and the jumper fits all of them!
Can I get a refund if my product doesn’t fit?
Yes absolutely - you are able to exchange for another size if we have it in stock, and you are also able to get a full refund if you would like to return.
Where are your clothes made?
Due to demand I have increased my manufacturing capacity. I take a great deal of pride in being able to support local industry through contracting out some of the load. All clothes are handmade locally and ethically in Auckland, New Zealand. This is very important to me!
