An update from me

The grocer knows the price of everything but the value of nothing. 

Sadly the time has come where I am needing to put my prices up. There is a difference between price and value - and here I think we have built something incredibly valuable.

My products are designed to last - I’m not sure about you guys but I still get a kick out of wearing my very first pair of Stella Claire pants (the ones that started it all). 

Everyday we are talking about prices going up… and I can’t afford to be the only person on this planet who doesn’t have to put their prices up too. 

I’ve tried to hit a middle ground that recognises these difficult times for everyone, but also enables us (you and me) to keep doing what we love. I could go into all the details about what it costs to run a business in these times of high inflation, but I don’t want to sugarcoat the reality of what we are all facing - to me it goes beyond this and ultimately comes down to valuing the future of SC (which I hope you do too). 

Above all

I want you to enjoy cozying up in your Stella Claire hoodie for many cold winters to come.

I want you to be dancing on the beach in your Millie dress and Angie hat for many summers to come.

But most importantly I want you to enjoy these things knowing the value in what you wear - so with that being said, I’ll leave it there.

I know these changes are tough, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and your continued belief in the story we have created together.
